Loudest apartment ive ever lived. Noise issues 24/7 from all of the following: airport wirhin a half mile, think walls/neighbors, maintenance staff/contractors several times a week. Over 75% of days, I have not had “quiet enjoyment” of my unit or even been able to sleep
