A great experience - staff awesome, location good

This is the best apartment I've ever lived in - and I've lived in many. I moved here from across the country and from start to finish it has been top notch. Leasing was easy and they worked with me to show me the apartment virtually (pre the pandemic!). Move in was easy. The apartment is well cared for - has newer finishes and had very few maintanene over nearly 2 years - one time the AC went out and they brought me a portable until fixed and the other is random like a screen seal needed to be re done. All were handled well. I love the location with one exception. My unit is 3rd floor and it overlooks the warehouses behind buildings 5-8 or so. The business (particularly the warehouse) can start operations as early as 4:30AM and the trash pickup is around 5:30AM-6AM so I did get woken up. However - the location also provided for amazing breezes coming through the apartment which balanced this out. That lowered my electric bill and kept me in fresh air. Every person I have encountered, bar none, has been outstanding. I'm going to miss it here!

Toilet Issues

We continue to have a problem with the toilet. When it is flushed a large air bubble comes up and splashes on to the seat. Where do we stand on the new toilet or investigation into the piping of the building that may be causing this problem?

Great place to live with many amenities.

Pet Restrictions: Park Sierra Apartments accepts up to two indoor pets per apartment with dogs only allowed in specified dog locations. Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered, licensed and inoculated as required by local law for each animal. Resident must keep license and inoculations current within the local municipality. All other types of animals must be caged. Reptile and fish tanks cannot exceed 25 gallons without management approval. Tanks exceeding 25 gallons will only be allowed in first floor apartments. Animals trained to assist blind, deaf, or other disabled individuals are always permitted.   Dog Breed Restrictions: Dogs are restricted by breed, and Shea Apartments does not allow any of the following breeds or any mix of the following breeds: Akita, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Shar Pei, Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier including Staffordshire Terrier, Am. Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier, Presa Canario or Wolf Dog.    Pet Deposits:          1 or 2 Cats                          $500                                      1 Cat and 1 Dog                $850         1 Dog                                  $600                                      2 Dogs                             $1000   Pet Rent: There is an additional $25 per month pet rent per cat and $50 per month pet rent per dog.
