Quiet place to live

It is quiet and peaceful. Good location, very accessible to the freeway, and nearby restaurants, as well as the walking trail.

About average

I think the noise and parking are about average. The pool looks better but on a whole the complex is looking trashy. People are using their balconies for storage of boxes, mattresses etc. Are there no rules about what can be placed there? The gardeners do the minimum. They use the blowers A LOT to move debris from one are to another but the planters look lackluster and the wood chips need to be replaced. They leave tarps of trimmings around overnight sometimes blocking much needed parking spots. There been a ladder left by the wall by building six for months. The stairwells are a disgrace. Trash, dog hair and garden debris collects here and is never cleaned. I’ve been looking at the same growing clumps for weeks. The concrete areas were pressure washed last year and that helped for a while but I’ve only seen that done once in three years. And when the annual checks are done in our apts what is actually checked? The filter for my AC/heating unit has only been changed once by me when I requested one be left for me. The rstaff has been friendly and responsive to requests so I should have voiced my concerns before but most has to do with general maintenance and shouldn’t need to be addressed.

Pet Policy

Pet Restrictions: Park Sierra Apartments accepts up to two indoor pets per apartment with dogs only allowed in specified dog locations. Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered, licensed and inoculated as required by local law for each animal. Resident must keep license and inoculations current within the local municipality. All other types of animals must be caged. Reptile and fish tanks cannot exceed 25 gallons without management approval. Tanks exceeding 25 gallons will only be allowed in first floor apartments. Animals trained to assist blind, deaf, or other disabled individuals are always permitted.   Dog Breed Restrictions: Dogs are restricted by breed, and Shea Apartments does not allow any of the following breeds or any mix of the following breeds: Akita, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Shar Pei, Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier including Staffordshire Terrier, Am. Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier, Presa Canario or Wolf Dog.    Pet Deposits:          1 or 2 Cats                          $500                                      1 Cat and 1 Dog                $850         1 Dog                                  $600                                      2 Dogs                             $1000   Pet Rent: There is an additional $25 per month pet rent per cat and $50 per month pet rent per dog.
