Been here for almost 3yrs. Manager very responsive. Hopefully they fix upgrade the laundry.

Living here I never had issues with transportation, places to buy stuff and etc. Only issue is the owner doesnt like kids to play out side or in the parking lot. These place is not a senior homes. And they use too thin glasses on windows and they break so easily just by leaning in it. Ours got replaced by a thicker glass so now it's very tough. Laundry dryer and machines break down easily coz i dont know if renters need education on how much each load should be or we need new machines. Anyway. Manager is always on tops of everything,very good.

The place is good. Kids run around screaming all day sometimes up until 8pm/9pm then adults sit outside their apartments drinking and smoking. The laundry room is good but sometimes theres tenants that bring a bunch of clothes and stay for hours with no consideration if anyone else needs to wash. Manager lacks professionalism and argues with anyone that doesn’t just agree with her. Manager makes exceptions for certain people and will allow others to break rules while enforcing rules on whoever she deems necessary. Maintenance man is extremely friendly and professional. The apartments are in a good area and good size.
