Been here 30 year a lots of changes but it is a great place

Lived here for only about 2 weeks. Love the staff, Grace and Raul, very helpful and kind people that will answer any question or problem you throw at them. Parking is fine, only issue I have is my partner and I have a one bedroom, but 2 cars, so only one of us gets to park in the lot while the other has to go across to the street parking. We don't mind it, but just wish there was more available. Loving the neighbors so far, as well as how convenient the location is to certain stores and shopping malls. Very thankful we found this place and were able to tour it on the weekend to get a feel for everything. The apartment itself is nice. Very simple, but meets all the necessities. Clean, bright, charming and just what we need.

The place has changed so much over the years

The apartment maintenance needs a bit of work. The painting is not so good. The walls are stained from bug spray. Also, the heater goes out often. Other than that great location. Immediate access to the freeway and a beautiful clean city. The parking is good also.

At 1st. really hated living here. Ms. Grace(mgr.) Went out of her way to accomodate me. I love living here. Raul the maintenance man can fix anything. Super nice crew and they make you feel like you are important.
