Nice community and very good location for living.

we ha requested repair from last year that still have not been repaired or replace. another summer and we still have a broken air conditioning unit and a broken dishwasher both we inherited from previous tenants 7 years ago. other tenants smoking weed in parking lot and non tenant allowed by friends to park in non parking areas overnight .

We have been living here for over 4 years and until the past company has taken over we are experiencing issues with parking. For example, we have a tenant the created her own parking space and parks overnight blocking the ciew of incoming vehicles, we have another tenant that lives in a 2 bedroom who has 3 parking spaces and another tenant whom allows visitors to park overnight overnight on weekends mostly and the issue is we are aware there is no manager in premises and the towing signs are not doing anything. The previous manager Alfonso, has a tenant living in his dining room who urinates on the porch every night (we have seen him) and often has friends screaming his name after midnight when they cannot come in because gate is lock. Most recent incident this past weekend. It’s a mess !

I have no problem with the building but would like some security cameras would be nice... for a one bedroom apartment, I think it is steep rent, If you were to raise it, I would have to look somewhere else..
