Great welcoming Manager to start a new location. Maintenance is keeps it clean outside and welcoming. It is well kept and . In my case my apartment is by the street and the speeding cars are loud and noisy which is hard to keep the windows open for fresh air. Only one note to work with constantly is the trash, i hold from taking out my trash because it is full within just two days of being empty. It looks bad with bags overflowing and other bags and trash on the floor. Overall, i like my apartment and learn to cope with the noise and appreciate the maintenance team coming in during the week to sort some of the trash out.

Good love the apartment just the stove is duty tried to clean it before entering the apartment but its imposible

we ha requested repair from last year that still have not been repaired or replace. another summer and we still have a broken air conditioning unit and a broken dishwasher both we inherited from previous tenants 7 years ago. other tenants smoking weed in parking lot and non tenant allowed by friends to park in non parking areas overnight .

We have been living here for over 4 years and until the past company has taken over we are experiencing issues with parking. For example, we have a tenant the created her own parking space and parks overnight blocking the ciew of incoming vehicles, we have another tenant that lives in a 2 bedroom who has 3 parking spaces and another tenant whom allows visitors to park overnight overnight on weekends mostly and the issue is we are aware there is no manager in premises and the towing signs are not doing anything. The previous manager Alfonso, has a tenant living in his dining room who urinates on the porch every night (we have seen him) and often has friends screaming his name after midnight when they cannot come in because gate is lock. Most recent incident this past weekend. It’s a mess !

I have no problem with the building but would like some security cameras would be nice... for a one bedroom apartment, I think it is steep rent, If you were to raise it, I would have to look somewhere else..
