I have lived here over 10 years. Beach Front is big & impersonal-never seen a human from there. Work orders can be done quickly or after months or never (replace poolside furniture...never). Building Manager on site is friendly but has no power. It took months to get washers replaced; new ones are great unless u want hot water.

I've lived here 10 years & seen 4 owners. Beach front is a large company which keeps tenants at a distance. Pool was unusable for months. Out of 4 washers in laundry room, one or two are usually working.
