Lately some tenants dont care aboht keeping the property clean

Does not have enough maintenance, illumination and more washing & dry machines.

Quiet enjoyment failed

It used to be quiet and people actually had consideration for their neighbors. It just seems management doesn’t do anything in regards to complaints. Half of the new tenants seem to have zero consideration.
