5 stars for the staff and service. 4 stars removed because their move-out cleaning service will charge $1200+ for a deep cleaned 1 bedroom apartment. And yes, you will be paying for that, every penny. I am in contact with many tenants that moved out 2022 and 2023 summer. All of us have the same issue. It’s not just a few units, and it’s not just one year. It’s a universal problem, and the office really have no plan to fix it. we have build a group to stop future tenants from choosing this property. Charging $770 for a well cleaned one bedroom apartment(594 sqft with no carpet in the living room) is just laughable and pathetic. Let alone another $390 bill for painting and $110 for a carpet cleaning(for a deep vacuum cleaned 5’ x 13’ bedroom carpet) . I have lived in many other apartment complex in Davis, every time I moved out, I deep cleaned and got a fair amount of deposit back. This place is an exception. Complains have been made multiple times by multiple tenants, situation never changed over a few years. It’s a not a coincidence. Therefore, don’t expect anything to improve in the future. If you decide to live here, be ready to be billed at least $1200 for cleaning when you move out from a 1-bedroom apartment, and it could be $2000 to $3000 for larger apartments. It’s sad to see Glacier Point, which used to be a well known, friendly place, become such pathetic like this, where they try to squeeze every penny from your pocket for move-out cleaning.

Great living

I lived here for a week and it's okay. The maintenance and staff are really nice. Only thing is I wish they would do a cleaning after someone moves in because that would be +. But overall experience it's really great living here.

Review

We have only been living here for a few months, but we can say that we don't plan on moving anytime soon. It's only a short drive to the plaza with various stores; everything is very close. There is never a parking issue; there is always a space available. The amenities are great. The staff is accommodating and very friendly.

Convenient and Well-managed

Been here for 3 years now. I've lived in fancier places but, none where it was easier dealing with maintenance and management, so that's a win in my book.
