Great place to live in!

I just moved in to Chaparral this September for the 2023-2024 sy at UC Davis and I have been enjoying living here. It is not difficult to find parking and the amenities they have is just perfect. I love how the study room is pretty big since I do love studying outside of my room. The size of the room is great as well as the common area. Overall, I reccommend living here and pricing is fair!

Sure. It is very calm however on the weekends there are some loud people that hangout outside to play basketball or to hangout past 1am.

I've lived here for about three months. The servicing is good but the appliances are outdated and break often. The rent is not overly expensive but still above average. Desperately needs a gym.

Great Living Environment

I like that these apartments are located very closely to the shopping center down Sycamore Ln. The apartments are well maintained, have plenty of parking, and has a bust stop right out front, taking you to campus. It's great and I would recommend this place to others.
