Friendly and Helpful

I've lived here ~3 years. The manager is always very helpful and responds quickly to any issues. The other residents are also very nice and social. There are occasional, fun social events hosted by management. The pool, laundry, gym, and other common areas are kept clean and in operating condition. The walls provide good soundproofing for the nearby trains but they're still very loud if you're outside when one passes. The parking spots are on the smaller side and can be difficult to park in. It's a reasonable walking/ biking distance to UC Davis campus, downtown Davis, and some grocery shopping options.

Great community and location

I have lived here at the Arbors Apartments for about 3 years now and during this time, the Arbors has proved to be an amazing apartment complex for a student. Not only is the staff amazing. Whether it be Karen actively sending out emails and announcements keeping us up to date on all that is going on or the maintenance team showing up to our unit the day of. Especially the amenities of allowing our packages to arrive at the office and being able to pick them up even after the office is closed. The pool and spa area is amazing and packed with everything you need. The management team is always hosting events and or small giveaways. The new BBQ area allows us to go out and enjoy the sun and or lovely night and make food as a group. The location is right near IN'N'Out, downtown, and the arboretum. Not to mention a short walk away from Safeway, making any last minute grocery hauls possible. All in all, it is a great place to live at and

Just after signing the rental contract, everything went very smoothly and conveniently. The manager was very nice and very patient.
