Sure you clean up the place garbage isn’t over spilling anymore. What about the pile accumulation every evening after the postman is gone? Only reason pressure washed the stairs after someone’s garbage exploded and we complained about sixty times. What about the fact you raise the rent but you don’t pay your pool permit on time? You opened the pool was the water even tested?! Residents have been swimming with their children for past two weeks. You changed admins and didn’t even bother to let your residents know. If we didn’t come to the office we wouldn’t known. Some of your probably living there still don’t even know. Forget about letting your child play in the common area where there is a patch or grass. Residents let their dogs do their business there. Turning on the sprinklers to the point it drowns the grass. Having a middle school has its plus and minuses. If you want to sleep in on the weekend forget about it. The referee isn’t mindful neither is the crowd. One more thing your neighbor might catch their grill on fire. Who knows if your place will be standing there next time. Oh they also don’t include water- sewer- pest control- the handy man that is all extra separate charges apart from your 3,000+. Get yourself a house.

Love living at Villas at Monterosso but the garbage situation is outrageous because non-residents dump their trash and we have to pay for it .. That's my only complaint!
