After living at Cypress Park apartments for 6 months, I have enjoyed my stay here. It’s peaceful and I don’t have problems. Valerie provided us with the best service when we applied and throughout our stay. They’re staff are always helpful. Happy to renew my lease!

Wanted to give a word of appreciation to our manager Valerie and maintenance man Jose for all their time and efforts in adding holiday cheer with lights and decorations throughout the property ??Adding the resident patio decorating contest was so fun and added such joy in our apartment community. Always have a problem with the water in our apartment. Never cold especially when you are trying to take a shower. Very frustrating! It is always Hot. Can't even wash your hands even with warm water and if so have to wait forever before turning the water off. Would appreciate it if you can look into this matter.

My brother and I have been living here for over 3 months now. I wouldn’t want to picture myself any other place. Since the beginning, Valerie was professional, friendly and prompt to our needs. Explained the whole leasing process and was very accommodating. I have submitted maintenance requests and Jose was prompt depending on the urgency of the repair. Jose works hard to make sure the grounds are always looking sharp. Although that does come with a lot of noise from the machines used to cut grass, I think it is worth it. Both Valerie and Jose are two wonderful people. I would definitely recommend friends and family to live here. Thank you Cypress Park!
