Pretty good but not great.

All pretty good, but here are some areas for possible improvement: 1) Garbage "valets" sorting through bottles and cans shouldn't happen at night. Some of us are sleeping right above the recycling/garbage area, and cans and broken bottles can make a lot of noise. 2) Garbage "valets" roaming the building at all hours is kinda creepy. 3) It would be great if Bell could persuade Mill Valley Refuse to come for garbage later in the day. These 7 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. pickups make for tremendous noise (dumpsters being lowered loudly and repeatedly) right below bedroom windows. 4 ) Leaves and litter accumulate for months in the parking garages, it seems, before finally someone sweeps them or leaf-blows them away. 5) Organized social events would be nice. There seem to be very few, maybe only 1 a year. 6) Would be great if there were more electric EV chargers. 7) Spa/whirlpool seems to be out of commission often; maybe needs an upgrade. 8) The stovetop fans/ventilation systems seem to discharge smelly food odors right into the hallways rather than up and out the roof. Very strong food odors are sometimes prevalent, and it's not because the people cooking are leaving their doors open - they are not.
