Lovely place to live but needs some things to be improved

It is a very nice, quiet and secure place, great location right next to the walking path and big shopping area. The rent price is a bit too high for what you are getting. The apartments are not that big a very limited storage space. The maintenance staff are doing their best however they are always understaffed. The place is clean but for some reason they would not clean the windows. All in all a great place to live if some things were improved on and it it was a bit cheaper.

Mostly 4 stars.

I'm still somewhat new, but am very pleased overall (especially with staff and quality of facilities). The following are the only several downsides/issues that I can think to mention: no social events/mixers since I've arrived; elevator bell rings WAY too loud and I can hear it in my bed at night; elevator outages are unacceptable; it would be nice if there were more electric vehicle chargers; an exhaust fan or vent near the 4th floor elevator seems to be exuding unpleasant food odors almost every night - shouldn't this vent to outside, not inside? Aside from these minor issues and the costliness of living here, this place has been great and I'm all around pleased.
