I love my home. I'm very blessed to be here. It's been a wonderful safe place for my son and I after some tragic losses in my family.

Nice location easy commute to bart and San Francisco

We have been living here for 5 years. We like the place. The only thing is that there are many people who smoke a lot.

It's been a very safe environment for me and my son. Never a problem with anyone in the last 2 years. Safely gated and enjoy living by the lake.

Could be great, but it hasnt turned out to be. With each change in management, so much gets neglected and falls through tge cracks as new staff onboards until they get their bearings. When i moved in, i had 2 parking spots tgat were included with my 2 bedroom apartment, now i have 0 spots included and have to pay to park in a lot at my own residence. This lot is frequently filled with large garbage and looks like a junkyard, and i get to help pay for that too. The gates are often left open and weve had our share of homeless people rummaging, loitering and even squatting in apartments that are left unlocked during renovation. When i first moved in, there was a woman tgat would come every Saturday and clean the laundry facilities, now, mantainance throws towels and bleach in the washers and runs them a cycle. This is how tgeyve been “cleaning” them. I sent photos to tge newest property manager of the decaying matter and items tgat get stuck inside the front loader rubber rings and sit in there rotting for months. If i want to wash my clotges, i have to clean yhe washers myself. This past summer, noone took responsibility for cleaning the “lake” between 1818 & 1850. It smelled about as good as the washing machine rot. I have to wash cat urine off of my door and porch regularly. Some areas around tge complex have had urine painted streaks for months… The elevator never gets cleaned. Basically, if yiu want to live in a sanitary complex where amenities are kept up, thos is not the place. I wont get into the poorly cared for pool or the goose poop tgat covers everything during tge warmer months. So, i lost my parking and have to pay to park in my own lot. I have to clean facility washers so that they dont make my clothes stink, and i pay for that. Couldn’t raise our rent more than once in 12 months so they hit us with parking and utility bills. Rent portal is frequently down. Basically, im paying hundreds of dollars more for SO much less than when i first
