We've had a generally positive experience living at St. Moritz Apartments. The property is professionally managed, and the building manager is very responsive and courteous. That said, the rent is slightly higher compared to other nearby options, and there can be occasional noise from the front gate, which may be noticeable at times, and Neighbors play music loudly. Overall, a well-managed property with a few minor trade-offs.
