Change in management didn't improve conditions. In some cases things have gotten worse. Rent prices keep going up. Some might say that prices are rising with inflation. Well, that doesn't mean anything if wages are going up. This has partly led to many tenants moving out. There's also a few neighbors who don't care about keeping our property clean (animal waste, garbage, etc.), even after being warned by staff. These things might seems as if things are bad. However, overall, thing are not that bad. Neighbors are friendly. Some of the staff, especially maintenance, are extremally nice. The living conditions are comfortable and located in a convenient location.

I live in Mountain View since 2013. Great Management, they made a lot of property renovation. All maintenance's requests done in timely manner.
