Its a great location and its a very calm neighborhood and quiet but a lot of little issues that dont get fixed and cause bigger issues

It is a nice place to live in. Close to Bart, some shopping areas and a hiking trail to walk, jog, or run. Has good parking and is a quiet residence, overall.
