I started this process last year in september, had to re-apply in december. From December til today 3/13.. im finally getting my keys. Staff is THE WORSE, they litterally have NO IDEA of what theyre doing. So many mistakes, they do NOT follow up. If i had to do it again, I wouldnt!

I guess I will be the first to review. I was super excited about moving here. I submitted my application and gave them my deposit. Location and convivence is why I applied, however after giving them my deposit I found out the rent was extremely too high and I would only have one bathroom. Ridiculous! The rent amount they quoted me is not affordable. The price they are asking is the regular market rate all over the Bay Area. Then you can't even do a tour. The pictures online don't help at all. Basically, as of now I'm still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. My deposit should've been refunded immediately. It has been almost two weeks now still no deposit refund.
