Ive only been here a month but since moving in, i have been pleased withthe upgrades and also the management. Eric is very pleasant and informative. Of course, as with all areas, there was only a few incidents where someone broke into residents’ vehicles and the complex storage building. There are cameras and the staff did alert me and that makes me feel a lot more comfortable living here.

I like the place. The trees, grass, and pool are nice to look at. The laundry room is good and the mailboxes are better cared for. My only issue is maintenance. I fight tooth and nail to get one little thing fixed for weeks and weeks. I have been trying to have my A/C serviced since Feburary 2023. For 3 months I've asked for assistance switching out my bathroom fan because the motor burnt out. All but two of my requests have been ignored and forgotten. The latest maintenance man seems a little under qualified and doesn't have any customer service skills. I won't threaten the man's job but we need help around here! That's all though everything else is nice and well cared for. Thank you for offering a place to basically complain...haha. Again no malice just a bit frustrated!
