As resident you supposed to have the right of a parking but you dont they asked for the car to be at your name and if it doesnt you dont have a parking permit, you have to park on the street but there’s never parking spots available.

I HAVE ONLY 8 MONTHS LIVING HERE AND I'M VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING, NICE PEOPLE ARROUND ME , ONLY 5 APARTMENTS IN UPPER LEVEL, LAUNDRY CLOSE TO MY APARTMENT, OFFICE STAFF VERY GENTILE AND ALWAYS HELPFULL TO SOLVE MY NEEDS. THANK YOU.
I only have the right to a car because I pay for parking (40 dlls per month) I don't have the right to community parking, the laundry is sometimes closed at 8:00 am, there are two big dogs that take them for a walk and don't pick up the excrement and they have been told. the buildings are neglected, paint over paint and the steps or patios are not swept. we are here for the location.
