High turnover rate

Several people consistently moving in and out on a daily of not weekly basis. Can hear the tenants above me at all hours of the day! Garages aren't attached, not convenient. I have submitted tickets for maintenance and heard nothing back from the office nor the maintenance crew. Cabinets are constantly falling apart and the plumbing seems to be a reoccurring issue. My AC filter hasn't been replaced and it's going on my second year here, not sanitary. Layout of the apt is favorable, amenities are favorable, location isn't too bad, neighborhood is safer

Parking is hard and expensive. Oher communities parking is only $30. Neighbors beside ny bedroom making so much noise loud music in the middle of tge night. Leasing ofc cannot do anytning if u reported so its not good as we are paying very expensive leases.
