Overpriced
Sunbow Villas is nothing more than a disappointment. From the jacuzzi being out of service for practically 2 years. To disrespectful guests abusing pool rules to parking not being enforced to roofs being redone for a second time in less than a year. Oh and rent just keeps rising, for what? No A/C no upgrade. Quite frankly, my worst renting experience. The staff at the leasing office is short with questions and hardly in the office. They made a huge deal about the bathrooms being wet when they are attached to the pool.
Tight Parking Rules
Rules on parking should be relaxed in regards to guests parking. Some residents might have families coming over and may require their guests to park for longer than allowed in the webservice parking

I have been a resident for about 4 months. I love the location and how well the property is maintained. The only negative comment I have is the lack of accountability there is to those individuals throwing pool parties for a large amount of guests. It causes an excess of noise pollution and crowded facilities. Pool usage should be for residents only.
