Wonderful Maintenance Team

We have lived here for two years. Christian from maintenance and his team are amazing. They respond quickly, work thoroughly to fix your request and they are always very friendly!

Losing its value towards tenants

Just seems like theres been a loss in value towards tenants. Continued spike in rent due to being exempt from rent caps. Having issues having them put up money towards proper fixes. Management is always changing and communication isn't consistent. Overall this is my HOME & DOMAIN, but feels less like it.

Apartment is in a great location. However, the units/appliances are outdated. Maintenance is not quick to fix anything. But prices continually go up.
