We offer individual leases (private bedroom inside a four-bedroom apartment) for furnished or unfurnished apartment homes. Required: • Application fee is $55 per applicant. • Renter’s Insurance is required at residents’ expense. We offer Pro-Specialty Insurance that can be paid with your monthly rent. The monthly premium ranges from $11-$33 a month based on coverage. • 4 BEDROOMS: Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, Phone, Internet, and Cable are not included in rent and is the resident’s responsibility. Amounts vary monthly by usage. Electric and Gas is provided by PG&E. Water is provided by Cal Water, Sewer is provided by City of Chico. • 2 BEDROOMS: Electric and Gas is an additional $100 a month per unit, billed to residents by ISM. Water, Sewer, Trash, Phone, Internet, and Cable are not included in rent and is the resident’s responsibility. Amounts vary monthly by usage. Water, Sewer and Trash are billed through Conservice. • BY THE ROOM leases: Electric and Gas is residents responsibility and billed by ISM, based on usage, split evenly between all rooms.
