Semi decent family apartments

Lived here 3 years and when I first moved in it was great! But very quickly I noticed a very constant turnover of maintenence and management personnel. This lead to constant delays in minor-moderate maintenence issues. It also in the last year, has succumbed to the ever growing transient/drug problem that has spread all over chico. Sadly it has made it feel a lot less safe at night. The current manager is doing an amazing job however to clean it up and keep it safe for residents

Chico Courtyards are a step away from everything..

I have lived here almost 2 years. I have 3 immidiate neighbors whom I absolutely adore! Very quiet, except for the freeway being right by us. Sometimes it takes alot to get maintenence out, but recently they've hired a couple people and it has improved tremendously. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves and is very respectful
