Decent apt, loud traffic noise
Apartments are a bit pricey for what you get. 2nd parking spot is expensive ($100). You can still hear the freeway even though there's dual panel windows. Tenants are lazy to put their trash inside the dump, they just leave it on the side of the entry door and they don't pick up their dog poop. The staff are pretty nice and do show interest. Location is nice since you are close to the library and park and grocery stores.
Amazing place to live
So far I have only been here for a month but I wish I found this location a lot sooner. It is very central to just about anything needed and being right off the freeway makes travel so convenient. The insulation is great I haven't heard my neighbors once through the walls and having two dogs I haven't gotten any noise complaints either. I would HIGHLY recommend this location. The leasing manager Allison was an amazing help from the very beginning and still is extremely responsive and helpful

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Aria apartments, and my experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was warmly greeted by Eric, who exuded friendliness and professionalism. Despite not having made a prior booking, Eric went out of his way to ensure that I had suitable accommodations. The tour of the apartment was incredibly thorough, leaving no stone unturned. Eric's knowledge and attentiveness made me feel confident in the decision I was about to make. However, it wasn't just Eric who impressed me. Soon after my visit, Allison took over, and let me tell you, she is nothing short of amazing. Just like Eric, she went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Their exceptional customer service truly made all the difference for me. One of the aspects that truly stood out to me about Aria apartments is the tranquility of the place. It is remarkably quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, creating a sense of community that is often hard to find in apartment complexes. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious, providing ample room for all my belongings and allowing me to create a comfortable living space. The layout is well-designed, and I found myself immediately envisioning how I would arrange my furniture and decorate the space to make it truly my own. However, I do have one small con to mention. The common areas have a particular scent that I wish was given out in samples! Smells amazing! Overall, my experience at Aria apartments was nothing short of exceptional. The friendly and helpful staff, the serene atmosphere, and the spacious apartment all contributed to making it a place I could easily call home. I would highly recommend Aria apartments to anyone in search of a comfortable and inviting living space with outstanding customer service.
