I’ve had Cathedral City inspectors here twice because they said a leaking toilet, broken shower, and messed up kitchen were acceptable. They were not and they had to fix them. Living without a smoke detector for 7 months now. It’s quite and nice pool. Management is yseless

I contacted folks on several occasions to get the name of this site, I also emailed and texted contacts, and no reply. My sink and toilet in bathroom have been broken since moving in. Also several drawers in the kitchen have not been fixed. They are unusable due to incorrect installation.

Love this City, they really try with the community. Fire Personnal are the best. Police really are visible.

Paper thin walls. The more quiet people move in the better the experience will be. See if you can get a read ion the neighbors before you decide to move in. Of course inconsiderate people won’t read this or care. For example a guy across the fence from me smokes pot many times daily and coughs like he’s dying. Loud. Literally right outside my window. If he wasn’t there the place would be great right now. But it’s … not.

Super cute - renovated old motel. Pipes are in the ceiling which means no real cold water when the temps are over 85. Which is most of the year. Be aware the walls are thin and you can hear more than you want to, so if noise is an issue for you, maybe look elsewhere. Beautiful pool, but be aware it is all very small and intimate — windows and doors open into the courtyard with the pool. See if you can get a read on who lives here before you move in. That can make or break the experience. Management essentially leaves you alone and the office staff are kind and reasonable.
