Property managers keep changing. Constant changes in policy. The tenants were allowed personal gardens. It was a beautiful and serene place to live in. No longer so. Seems as though the only concern is the managers attempting to make a name for themselves even at the cost of losing long term tenants who have helped maintain property value. As a manager myself it should always be a goal to hold on to good tenants. Those that are an asset. Those that pay their rent on time. No drive them off with constant petty harassment. It seems that ever since HACLA gave up managing the properties the buildings and quality of tenants has gone down hill. I’m sorry to leave my unit of twelve years but I’m sick and tired. Not to mention that the repairs needed on my unit suffered until the ceiling fell in on my daughter. She now suffers headaches from that. It’s sad the way things are being run now. Not just on this site. The building my sister lives in the same. I jog or future residents it gets better.
