Welcome to Capistrano Apartments, a comfortable place to live in beautiful Camarillo. Built in 1972, we are nestled between scenic local parks and walking distance to the popular Camarillo Outlet Mall. Close to the 101 freeway, Capistrano is a short drive to the Naval base and neighboring Thousand Oaks and Ventura.
Our apartments are ranked a favorite among residents and well known for their large, spacious units. Each renovated unit has a hardwood floor, sleek granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath, stove, dishwasher, fridge and garbage disposal, large closets, plenty of kitchen cabinets, kitchen ceiling fan and an overall spacious layout. Some of the one-bedroom units have an over-sized bedroom that is large enough to fit a king-sized bedroom set.
Both buildings are surrounded by landscapes and palm trees. Residents have a sparkly pool and barbecue area to enjoy on a nice sunny day or evening. Laundry facilities are on the property with an easy pay-by-app option. Capistrano automatically includes 1 covered carport spot with additional parking available for residents.
