Built in 1972, we are nestled between scenic local parks and walking distance to the popular Camarillo Outlet Mall. Close to the 101 freeway, Capistrano is a short drive to the Naval base and neighboring Thousand Oaks and Ventura. Our apartments are ranked a favorite among residents and well known for their large, spacious units. Residents have a sparkly pool and barbecue area to enjoy on a nice sunny day or evening. Laundry facilities are on the property with an easy pay-by-app option. Capistrano automatically includes 1 covered carport spot with additional parking available for residents. With an on-site Manager and Maintenance, we are always here to help our residents. Great Place; Very Mellow

Have been a tenant here for awhile, and can honestly say this the first time I've felt secure living somewhere. I have all the amenities I could and also, the apartments are located very close to grocery stores and the freeways
