I outgrew my apartment and wanted a change. But I didn't want to leave this complex. Lorie helped me transition to a renovated 2 bedroom and I LOVE my new home! We have a great manager here and the maintenance man is really skilled and polite. My neighbors are the best and everyone here is almost like family. If you are looking for an apartment in Cam and prefer comfort over fancy places, then I urge you to check it out. This place is older and not like the snooty places but it is just outright a comfortable place to live. I have been here almost 9 years! Oh and another person mentioned old laundry machines but now we have nice updated ones. We have a nice pool area and I can only hope someday to get a jacuzzi! Lol but it is a wish.

I have lived here a long time and have seen all the pros and cons. I am overall happy but the property is not as clean as it used to. I wish the company would consider a different laundry vendor. The machines are old and iffy.

Welcome to Capistrano Apartments, a comfortable place to live in beautiful Camarillo. Built in 1972, we are nestled between scenic local parks and walking distance to the popular Camarillo Outlet Mall. Close to the 101 freeway, Capistrano is a short drive to the Naval base and neighboring Thousand Oaks and Ventura. Our apartments are ranked a favorite among residents and well known for their large, spacious units. Some of the one-bedroom units have an over-sized bedroom that is large enough to fit a king-sized bedroom set. Both buildings are surrounded by landscapes and palm trees. Residents have a sparkly pool and barbecue area to enjoy on a nice sunny day or evening. Laundry facilities are on the property with an easy pay-by-app option. Capistrano automatically includes 1 covered carport spot with additional parking available for residents. With an on-site Manager and Maintenance, we are always here to help our residents.
