Affordable Living

Have been a resident for over 1 year. The neighborhood is quiet, nice downtown well kept area, conveniently located near the train station, a few nice bars, eateries in the downtown area. The are has nice local events, live music band, farmers market, etc. The parking garage (stacker) is not the greatest - park at your own risk. The community is affordable in the hopes of it staying affordable . Management is nice and onsite. Maintenance guy is a bit too much - he's nosey & needs to stick to maintenance, he's not the owner or management (respectively) other than that, all is well - No complaints

Renters Beware

You have to be very tolerant to bare the noise coming from other tenants above and next to you. Very poor noise insulation. Parking stackers suck. You cannot be in a hurry to get your car out. Overall, would not recommend this place as a home, it's just housing...
