One Adrian is a great place to live very convenient for travel with a 15 min walk to BART and Caltrain and across from SFO

Great amenities—huge gym, super clean, and feels safe. Easy access in and out. Love the big windows, in-unit washer/dryer, A/C, and solid views. But the parking situation is a joke. One car per unit, and if you want an extra spot, it’s either $225 for first-come, first-serve or $275 for reserved. Crazy. Otherwise, you’re stuck with street parking, which has a 4-hour limit. Maintenance is lagging. They’re slow, but it’s a new building, so maybe it'll improve over time. Management and ownership are totally out of sync. Management originally promised rent credits spread out over the lease, but ownership shut that down and forced everyone to use up credits ASAP before paying full rent. You still get the credits, but the way they handled it was messy and frustrating—especially for a brand-new building. Package and mailbox are in separate buildings, which is annoying but manageable. But the security? Over the top. Guests, family, even food deliveries—no one can get up to the unit without a key fob for the elevator. Makes no sense when there's already an intercom system for building access. Airplane noise is rough. Freeway isn’t an issue, but planes? Loud, even with the windows shut. We deal with it, but not ideal if you want quiet. Overall, I'd give it a 7/10.
