Unfortunate proximity to trains

The noise for units facing west is very high for train noise at early morning (5:30AM) hours and well into the night (11:30PM).

Wonderful Home

I have absolutely loved living here. The amenities are well maintained and the staff is always kind and helpful. The location can't be beat, with easy walkable areas in either direction. I have had an exceptional experience here compared to many other complexes.

Great place to live!

We have lived here for 1.5 years and it’s a great place to live. One of the things we love about living here is the location. It’s close to 101 highway and downtown burlingame which has lots of shops and restaurants to explore. The apartment building is well maintained, clean, and safe. I'd highly recommend.

Solid apartment building with poor management

I have been living here for over 2 years now. The building, location, amenities, and quality are generally speaking good. However, the management has progressively got worse over this time. It has been changed at least 3 times now. Rents are increased yearly, while the amenities are being less taken care of, and they are deteriorating at a high pace!
