Anson Apartments is a fantastic place to live, and the community of residents is caring and friendly. The location is excellent, especially if you travel frequently or commute to San Francisco for work. The amenities are top-notch, including a modern fitness center, pool, workspaces, and comfortable lounge areas. The noise for units facing west is very high for train noise at early morning (5:30AM) hours and well into the night (11:30PM).

I have absolutely loved living here. The amenities are well maintained and the staff is always kind and helpful. The location can't be beat, with easy walkable areas in either direction. I have had an exceptional experience here compared to many other complexes.

We have lived here for 1.5 years and it’s a great place to live. One of the things we love about living here is the location. It’s close to 101 highway and downtown burlingame which has lots of shops and restaurants to explore. The apartment building is well maintained, clean, and safe. I'd highly recommend.
