I am ok with what you are offering compared what other apartments are offering.

I love the location and overall peace and quiet of the property. The front office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. Two main concerns for me would be the overall appearance of the property. It looks very old, bare, and outdated. What happened to all the trees that were promised to be replanted in place of all the trees that were cut down 2-3 years ago? Also, the buildings could use a fresh coat of paint. All the buildings look old and faded. Especially all the building numbers and unit letters. They are so faded that they cannot be seen clearly anymore. Very difficult for guests and vendors to locate buildings and apartment units. My second concern would be the safety of our properties (cars) in the parking lot. My car was broken into back in September 2024. I called the front office security branch to report it (left a message) but did not get any response. Also, I saw another care about a week ago with one of its windows shattered as if someone threw a brick at it to gain access inside. I'm aware that there is a security company that is supposed to patrol the parking lot but I have not seen a patrol in a while. These are the two main reasons why I don't believe I'm paying true value for my apartment anymore, given that the rent has been increasing every year since I've lived here.

Been living here for several year and I enjoy that the place is located near everything we need. It’s peaceful and quiet for the most part. The staff are really nice too.

Overall, this is a pretty quiet and peaceful place to live. The location near the 5 and 91 is convenient but yet its still tucked away from that loudness. The apartments are run down in some ways but for the price, it is not too bad. The maintenence team is extremely fast when you have an issue. There is pkenty of parking. The laundry nachines seem to break a lot butits a separate maintenace from the machine company which takes longer to fix.
