I have lived in this building since 1999 and have to say I miss having someone on site to talk to about anything and everything - a broken light, plumbing, carpet cleaners, paint. The amount of rotation of building managers on top of the time it takes to email and follow up and coordinate a time to get something done. I miss the personal touch of the owner/manager that lived in the building and cared about what everything looked like...

I have lived in this building for 20 years. I miss the personalized attention and care we got from having the owner lived there. The Courtyard was kept and beautiful, the neighbors were friends and family, a community. Now it's just another building owned by another company that doesn't care about anything but money. That's how it feels.
