.to many car park there loud cars all the time and very expensive to live here with no garage.

Lovely place for a small family just wish the backyards weren’t all dirt. Other then that it’s amazing place and great people as well I can stay here for years honestly

so far so good its calm quiet peaceful amenities are great comfortable living .. highly recommend

Its alright water from showe keeps leaking no kne has came to fix it yet

Nice looking on outside. The backyard is dirt but where in the dessert so that’s expected. Rental states remodled but inside looks like they havent remodled snice 2010. Pool almost never cleaned. Maintenance come when needed. Staff are amazing. Rents a little high for what your getting. Overall 4/5 stars.

I wish people would respond to my maintenance requests. The only thing it seems they keep on is the pool and gardening. Lights have been out since I’ve moved in. I’ve even have had to replace it some myself. The cabinets have been falling apart since I’ve moved in and the the film on the countertops and sink and bathtubs are chipping .
