Great Location for students in Berkeley. Access to the campus is really good.

I've been living in my current apartment for three months with two roommates, and have been loving it so far. The facilities are somewhat old, but usually clean and the building has a lot of character. The apartment set up has been working well for the three of us, and the kitchen is the perfect size with plenty of storage. The balcony is so nice to spend time outside and relax. The only two downsides I have experienced have been loud construction next door that begins in the early morning and the compost bin always needing cleaning. However, I would definitely recommend this apartment as it is good value overall and close to stores, restaurants, and campus.
