I have been living here for the past 3 months and I can say that the complex is a good first starter living space. The community is nice and consists of mostly families and commuters that tend to keep to themselves. As this complex just got acquired by a new management company, there is a lot that needs to get repaired and I know the staff is working as hard as they can to get them fixed. With the new portal through RentCafe, it should be much easier for residents to pay their bills and get maintenance requests in. One thing I don't particularly enjoy is the open parking lot situation as it leaves the complex a little vulnerable to anyone who wants to enter. I think adding a gate would be beneficial for the security of the residents.
