Beautiful location, the buildings and apartments are a bit dated, but very cozy. Leasing office staff and Maintenance are hard to get a hold of. I have several maintenance issues that were marked as completed but were never addressed. My washer has been broken for over 2 weeks and have reached out to maintenance through multiple avenues but nobody answers or gives updates.

I have been here for 5 yrs - the first 2 yrs with the old owner- they are very good taking care of the building- summer time they doing 2x per month of pet control- and the building because of pets aloud so they vaccum 2x a week- summer time the heatwave they always have A/C on the hallway to prevent fires - the laundry room always clean - and the DRYER always have heat- now the dryer even though u don't have much clothes in there is still wet the dryer don't even have heats - but they don't do anything- but since the new owner taking over it's so bad- they don't want to do anything- they don't care how the building is- my friends come over they want to rent it here - I said NO - don't the outside look nice but the inside they don't take care of it- the rent is so expensive but they don't take care anything - and the neighbors are so loud - the upper of mine they have music tv on until 2-3am in the morning and I am sure there are people complains but no actions bc they still doing it- so many people start moving out. Including me - I am moving out pretty soon - such a disappointment - my friends keeping asking me how is the place I am living rite now - I told them - don't try to get apt. here - u guys might kill ma after u guys moving in- for 3K there are places better than this- with new owners always bad !!!

Although the location can’t be beat, Sofi Belmont Hills is just way too expensive and it soon will not be sustainable to live in the Bay Area. There have bern de nice upgrades and renovations but that’s how they can rationalize jacking up rent.
