Very noisey with HS and other apartments. Night time on weekends noisey too

Dog(bully) off leash all the time. Never clean after dog. Party late night. Playing music late night. Smoke weed in the house. No manner, not educated, noisy, and looks creepy. Lots of visitors, sometime under age. Not sure what are they living for.

I have lived here 12 years but have never seen the turnover of tenants as I have in the past 3-4 years. It is also a bummer that laundry has been increasing in price as well as being charged for trash and water- with no additional trash cans or pick up services( trash). In the meantime, the amenities remain the same and no investments have been for property maintenance. Maintenance staff has always been amazing on site - very kind and professional.

Great location to 280/ 101/ 92 freeway. Walkable community to Safeway/ Lunardi's/ Public Library/ Starbucks and food establishments. Very dog friendly and kid friendly community (Belmont). Water Dog Lake Trail is a 10 minute walk from this apartment. Carlmont High School is next door, less that 1000 ft from this Building. Notredame HS. And Notredame University less than 0.5 miles away too. Side note: very expensive fee for laundry that is on site. These apartments maintain a quiet environment, as only 12 units are in the building, you get to know your neighbors, which is nice.
