It is a reasonable place to stay but some washer are always out of service.

After 3 years here we are still enjoying our living arrangements here. Living close to the park is awesome for young families. It is very helpful to live close to shopping centers and freeways. Landlords are very communicative about any building maintenance or building upkeep. Overall nice neighbors that keep to themselves.

The place is gated and I like that. The owner is good with her apartment prices and she helps her tenants to understand about situations around the apartment.

Its okay just dont underdstand how people from other units can have a mess outside their place
