The project site is combined of two parcels totaling 3.81 acres in area. Uncovered parking for 203 vehicles will be provided off street. An approximately 1,800 square-foot fenced dog park with dog drinking fountains, and pet waste stations will be developed along with 47,486 square feet of landscaping. The residential complex will feature seven onsite bio-retention areas for drainage, totaling an area of 5,188 square feet.
