I've lived here for 11 years. The building was built in 1928 and renovated about 13 years ago. It tends to be fairly quiet all the time. We have thick walls & solid core doors. Elevator for easy access to upper floors & laundry (2nd floor). Monitored, reserve parking in the rear.
