A great place to live, safe and comfortable

Besides the parking, everything else is fantastic. Management addresses anything brought to their attention, it's a safe, comfortable environment for adults and children. I appreciate all the effort staff takes in maintenance and the neighbors are friendly and kind.

Rules are not followed

Random people park in your parking spots or they park on the side of the garages, blocking you from entering or exiting your designated parking spot. This problem is the worst and people are very comfortable doing it. It gets noisy due to all the beeping that goes on from upset cars that are blocked in trying to exit their garage. People smoke marijuana in their garages, if you live on top of a garage, all that marijuana goes into your bedroom as your kids are trying to sleep. The washing machines are consistently breaking down which makes it inconvenient and not trustworthy to do laundry. The exit gate needs to be replaced as it continues to get stuck. The entrance gate is ALWAYS blocked by cars that just stay at the entrance waiting for someone to open up. Many guest cars park in the “future resident” parking spots at night and stay over visiting people, sometimes they block the entrance as they’re just chilling out front. This type of uncontrolled activity makes me lose trust in my own place of residence because every time we are coming in or out, it’s a hassle to put up with this behavior. Why do I have to be upset 24/7 due to the rules being disrespected. Obviously rules are not enforced or there are “favorites” because the behavior is continuous.
