Would not recommend

I wish i can break my lease early. I've gone months without a/c before, I've had maintenance issues left and right. I get charged a delinquency fee because their program wasnt working and my payment was processed late but yet its my fault even though i have proof that i tried paying a couple times before it was late, but still its my fault and they expect me to pay a late fee ( which im not gonna pay). I cant wait for my lease to be up.

Perla Office Manager is very Professional ,apartment complex is very clean and quiet. I love that they have washer and dryer hooks up is a plus. Amenities are close to location…
