I've been living here for about 3 years. I like the community, staff and maintenance support. The only downsides are the amenities and insulation. The apartment is too hot or cold depending on outside weather.

Good place to live

I have lived here for about 2 and half years. The value has been great but the condition and amenities of the apartment falls behind. There was multiple leaking incidents during rain and the laundry machines have been down for a few weeks. I'd recommend this place to my friends but I will definitely give them a warning about these issues. Overall, I'm very grateful

A great apartment

This apartment is really everything you need and more. I like how large the space is for the price and we have a washer and dryer on site. I wish the washer and dryer in our unit would go to card use instead of quarters but other than that it’s great. We have nice neighbors and secured parking in the back which is nice. Overall a good place to live.

Great apartment complex but ZERO amenities!

We would like to have at least a small jym available in this complex. They have small storage rooms under every stairway, some are used as laundry rooms but most of these rooms are left empty and useless. I'll give you an idea, please set up a small jym with a flat screen TV in one of the those empty rooms. We, your responsible tenants would gladly apreciate it and would love to have a small space to workout!
