We have just moved in, less than a month, and we are highly happy here. Having your own garage is a total bonus, yet other parking is hard to get. Christina in the office is amazing, other staff were too new to know anything helpful. Love the grounds, pretty to walk our dog and well kept. Unfortunate that the culture is to leave all garbage cans outside, but is what it is. Would recommend living here and we're excited to be here.

If you have a guest coming over, they basically cannot park anywhere ( unless you have one space in your garage available). It seems like a large portion of the residents do not care about tidying up after themselves, frequently there’s trash left all over ( shockingly, even around the trash cans which are located everywhere… so it really is just ridiculous that people don’t use the trash cans and just leave trash on the ground), or not picking up after their pets, cigarette butts… etc. Unfortunately noise is another issue, especially in the night time, fast driving cars as well. The amenities are ok, but you have to get there on time, or else it’s a total take over situation… I think the staff here does care and do as much as they can, but I think they are sadly outnumbered by those residents, who choose to ignore the rules and regulations ( and also, they just don’t seem to have any awareness for people around them) .

Everything is fine, it’s basically just a shame that not all residents are respectful of the community… trash and noise at times… but mainly trash and littering is the issue. Sometimes noise is an issue but not bad.

Still don’t have key fobs, walls are paper thin so you can hear everything next door and the neighbors are rude
