  • Pets allowed. Pet Restrictions: Vantis Apartments will accept up to two indoor pets per apartment with dogs restricted by breed and only allowed in specified dog locations. Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered, licensed and inoculated as required by local law for each animal. Resident must keep license and inoculations current within the local municipality. All other types of animals must be caged. Reptile and fish tanks cannot exceed 25 gallons without management approval. Tanks exceeding 25 gallons will only be allowed in first floor apartments. Animals trained to assist blind, deaf, or other disabled individuals are always permitted. Dog Breed Restrictions: Dogs are restricted by breed and Shea Apartments does not allow any of the following breeds or any mix of the following breeds: Akita, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Shar Pei, Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier including Staffordshire Terrier, Am. Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier, Presa Canario or Wolf Dog.    Pet Deposits: Pet deposits are:           1 or 2 Cats                          $500                                      1 Cat and 1 Dog                $850         1 Dog                                  $600                                      2 Dogs                             $1000   Pet Rent: There is an additional $25 per month pet rent per cat and $50 per month pet rent per dog.

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment community! The maintenance staff is always on top of things, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed. The office staff is not only responsive and communicative but also incredibly friendly, making every interaction pleasant. The community is always clean and well-maintained, and I’ve been impressed by how minimal the noise is. Living here has been an amazing experience!

Doesn’t get better than this!

My wife and I have lived here for four years and we absollutely love it here. The amenities, friendly staff, and awesome community make this place miles above any other apartment complex. Once you live here you will realize that no other place is as special as Vantis. The private two story gym, two amazing pools, and the fun community center make this place feel like a vacation hotel.

Beautiful Place

Excellent location and well designed apartments. We are on our 8 th year living here having moved in shortly after Vantis opened. It is that great a place to live here. Office staff the best, and maintenance staff equally as good. Requests are handled efficiently and thoroughly. Amenities are fantastic. There are many places outside the apartments to relax and enjoy the beautiful grounds at Vantis. The business Center, Gym and the two pools, Jacuzzis we enjoy and use often. We look forward to Food Truck Monday's and Fun Vantis community events. Vantis is only a 5 minute walk to Aliso Viejo Town Center, Saturday Farmer's Market, Trader Joe's, great restaurants, theater, bank, medical walk in clinics, Barnes and Noble, TJ Maxx, Ralphs, Pet Smart with a Pet Hotel. We like being close to Grand Park with summer concerts, 4th of July fireworks, and holiday events. We also like very much that at Vantis it is so easy to access the 73 which leads to 405 and 5 freeways. It is a super great place to live.
