Decent apartment

My apartment unit is really nice, layout is good, very spacious. It's next to a school and busy street though so VERY loud. There are smokers who smoke a lot indoors and make the whole place smell super bad. New management is good, responsive and helpful

I enjoy the new property manager, Erika. Sh is responsive and does a good job. I have had lots of issues with maintenance. Circuits keep tripping. Twice I have had water damage from water from bathroom/shower in apartment above me. I have asked for my heater to be fixed multiple times in past without it ever being addressed. I have had multiple items sent via mail stolen. Overall, I am dissatisfied with my experience here.
