Handicap bathroom 1) it needs a seat for its shower 2) it truly needs a mirror set at a level whereof a wheelchair or rollator user can see him- or herself. Kitchen/Canteen 'Needs updating if not complete configuring of the entire space -- cabinets and all. A much larger sink needs to be installed. Perhaps the refrigerator/freezer would prove better to be set just outside the kitchen entry, which would allow much better use of space. By this, 2 people could then use what is a confined area.

I have lived in this building for the past two years. It's an excellent, convenient location. Management takes good care of the building the maintenance is always up to date. Yes, I would highly recommend this space to others.

'A resident ~ 8 years. In the USA, in particular today in California as regards the costs of rents, I can say this. If what you pay for a commodity or service truly proves an accurate measure of quality, you'll have now to factor in unforeseen variables unlike what you may have ever reckoned before. Why do I say this? -- costs of rents are simply off the charts. Thus, first of all today, more than ever, one has need to resolve to be grateful that he or she can even have a roof over one's head and not prove so persnickety. Such definitions as superb and atrocious are relative terms with respect to the presumptions nurtured in the past and what might be fancied for the future. One cannot chart these variables, so good and bad are so according to whom, one might ask before making his or her final assessments and determinations.
