My wife and me have been living here for a year and a half now, and our experience has been great!. We really like the community because it is quiet, safe, and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation, stores, and everything I need on a daily basis. The building is clean, and the management has been responsive whenever we have needed assistance. Yes, I would definitely recommend living here. It is a great place for anyone looking for a friendly community, a convenient location, and a well-managed building.

The staff here is not making our lives easier here, rather thinks we are making their life harder. (I’m not the only one who thinks the same) They have their own rules rather than corporate rules. They try so hard to not pay referral fees, but refuses to provide anything in writing as to why referral fees cannot be paid after I successfully referred a friend.

I've been a resident for 6 months, and I couldn't be happier with our apartment. The management truly prioritizes resident comfort. Any time I've had a maintenance issue, big or small, it's been addressed promptly. The cleanliness standards here are exceptional; the hallways and amenities are always immaculate, and the entire building consistently smells fresh and inviting. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. They are always cheerful, approachable, and go above and beyond to assist. Best of all, it's wonderfully quiet, offering a serene escape after a long day. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-maintained home with fantastic service, this is it.

This will be my 5th year living here! I am very happy with Mae Belle and Norbert as building managers although I wish there was not so much turnover in the assistant building managers. Hope that future resident events can be held on the 12th floor instead of the lobby. It would greatly increase attendance I think.
